Week End Update: Burbling Along Edition

Desaturated Detente

Only two projects are currently on the docket, though I'm debating whether to slip something in this week so that I have an opportunity to post something this Wednesday. Perhaps not, I really should probably take a break!

Anyway, this week on my commissioned piece, I'm working on the capture of Supergirl at the hands of a latexed villainess. Will she be able to resist her brainwashing charms, or shall she succumb at her hands and become her girlfriend and live in slave?

Well, the outcome isn't really in doubt, but how we get there? That's all the fun!

I'll ask the commissioner what he wants to do with the story as it nears completion. At my current rate of progress I'm predicting another week and a half before I finish this, as I'm about 60% done with the second and final chapter (depending on what training I decide to implement for the unfortunate heroine).

Robotic Restitution

Great news on this front. I finally broke my roadblock with the cover artwork in the last week and have made significant progress. I expect there's only a few hours of solid work left on the art for book two before I'll be able to call it complete.

Which is excellent news for the publishing schedule, as there are only two chapters left in this book to edit! I managed to do battle with the longest chapter last week, leaving two shorter chapters to edit in the weeks ahead.

This means I'm still on schedule to publish book two around the 15th. I'll certainly post here when it has been released!

Drone Metastasis

When I'm finished writing my commissioned work, my plan is to restart work on the 'sequel' story that takes place after the events of Robotic Restitution. There won't be any spoilers or characters from that trilogy involved - it will be standalone.

The goal is to advertise the Robotic Restitution trilogy as well as provide something free for the fans to read, so hopefully I can get a good move on this once I've cleared off the rest of my backlog!
